Participants, using art materials supplied in the gallery, will create a piece reflecting their experience of Harvey and then attach it to the gallery walls in a pattern indicating their location in the city. Faniel will explain how multiple community, governmental, and media organizations aided in the interdiction practices of local government and the Houston Police Department.
